1. Who we are and scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Outpost Farm mobile application, its website and related online services (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Tematyx. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Tematyx and the Outpost Farm team.

2. Information we process

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

• Game profile and progress: an automatically generated game key and player name, farm progress, buildings, resources, virtual currency, unlocks and other gameplay progress.
• Device and technical information: device identifier, platform, operating-system version, country, IP address, app version, language and technical diagnostics.
• Usage and analytics information: game sessions, interactions, feature usage, performance and crash or diagnostic information.
• Advertising information: advertising ID, ad interactions, consent choices and information used to deliver, limit and measure advertisements and prevent advertising fraud.
• Information you choose to provide: a player name and any information included when you contact us for support.

The game does not require a public website account. Please do not use your real name or include sensitive personal information in your player name.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the game, save and synchronize progress, provide gameplay features, diagnose problems, understand and improve performance, respond to support requests, display and measure advertising, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

Where consent is required by law, personalized advertising and related processing are enabled only according to the choices presented in the game or on your device. You may still receive non-personalized advertising.

4. Advertising, analytics and service providers

We use service providers that process information on our behalf or under their own privacy terms:

• Unity and Unity Analytics for game technology, diagnostics and analytics.
• Unity LevelPlay and participating advertising networks to deliver, mediate, measure and protect advertising, including rewarded advertisements.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers to operate the game server, store progress and protect the Service.
• Google Play to distribute the Android application and provide platform services.

Advertising providers may process advertising IDs, IP addresses, device information, approximate location derived from IP address, ad interactions and consent signals. Their handling of information is also governed by their own policies:

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the Service, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information directly for money.

5. Legal bases

Where applicable, we process information to perform the Service requested by you, for our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the game, to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of consent for personalized advertising or other processing where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

6. Retention and security

We retain game profile and progress information while the profile is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal requirements. Provider retention periods may differ under their own policies. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably possible.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS transmission. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. International processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers, subject to the providers’ privacy terms.

8. Children

The Service is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. If local law requires parental consent for a younger player, a parent or guardian should review the game and applicable privacy choices. If you believe a child provided personal information without the required consent, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

9. Your choices and rights

You can reset or limit the advertising ID and control ad personalization through your Android device settings. Where an in-game consent screen is available, you can use it to manage advertising choices.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing, and may withdraw consent. To request deletion of your Outpost Farm game profile and associated server-side progress, email us with the game key shown in the app. We may ask for limited information to verify the request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game, providers or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required.
